C: Patients send Appointment Call to their MD and wait for the response by text message or phone call

E: Professional must click on unpaid to change it to paid and this will trigger the Consult Portal to open for Text, Audio/Video encounter

F: Professional will complete the encounter/visit and all the chat contents will be saved as PDF file in the Med Records
